U.S Army Field Band Jazz Ambassadors to Play the Morrison Center

Jazz Ambassadors will play the Morrison Center Tuesday, March 29, 2016 at 7:00 PM. Tickets available at the Morrison Center Box Office starting Tuesday, February 16th at 10:00 AM.

Patrons should pick up reserved tickets (limit four per request) at the Morrison Center Box Office. Seating is general admission and on a first-come, first-served basis. Tickets are required for admission. Ticket holders must be seated by 6:45 p.m.; non-ticket holders will be admitted at that time and only as space allows.

The Jazz Ambassadors is the official touring big band of the United States Army. Formed in 1969, this 19-member ensemble has received great acclaim at home and abroad performing America's greatest original art form, jazz.

Concerts by the Jazz Ambassadors are programmed to entertain all types of audiences. The band's diverse repertoire includes big band swing, bebop, Latin, contemporary jazz, standards, popular tunes, Dixieland, vocals, and patriotic selections, many of which are written or arranged by members of the Jazz Ambassadors.
