Local comedy company, Recycled Minds, invites the valley to an all-ages, comedy show August 27th, 2016 at the Hub Student Center in Boise.
What could be a more summer-full experience than live music and comedy? Experience the laughter lifestyle with Recycled Minds' musical comedy show Saturday, August 27th, 2016 at 8pm at the Hub Student Center in Boise. Recycled Minds will perform completely improvised musical scenes based on your suggestions featuring Sean Hancock, Jessica Knuth, Steve Halvorson, Jon Buffington, Austin Von Johnson and the very funny guest talent from Utah's Thrillionares, Ivan Bigney and Drew Young. Ivan and Drew will also be teaching a Musical Improv workshop Friday, August 26th from 6-9 and Saturday, August 27th from 10am-1pm. All are welcome.
About Recycled Minds
Recycled Minds (RM) began nearly 15 years ago as a local improv comedy troupe and has transformed into an international theatre and creative arts company that teaches classes, team-building workshops and performs a variety of shows that are fun for all ages. They have been seen around the globe including the largest arts festival in the world, cruise ships and universities. RM encourages a laughter lifestyle in two ways: bringing joy to audiences with shows that enrich the human experience and teaching classes and workshops that draw out a sense of purpose in individuals who are willing to practice boldness and press beyond their limitations. The show happens Saturday, August 27th at 8pm and is located at the Hub Student Center in Boise, at 14th and State next to Fanci Freez. Tickets cost $10, $5 for kids 5 to 12yrs. A selection of refreshments will be available for purchase. The workshop happens Friday, August 26th from 6-9pm and Saturday, August 27th from 10am-1pm at the HUB Student Center in Boise as well.
