Boise Contemporary Theater announced today a collection of local art on display and for sale in the BCT lobby through the run of the current mainstage production, CONSTELLATIONS by Nick Payne. The collection is open to the public every day during BCT business hours (M - F, 10 am - 6 pm) and will be part of First Thursday on March 3 from 5 - 8 pm. More information can be found at BCTheater.org/events/first-thursday-art-auction.

The collection of art has been curated to reflect the themes of Nick Payne's brilliant and beautiful play CONSTELLATIONS: time, space, multiplicity, love, the divergence and convergence of individual lives, and even bees. What does a love story between a beekeeper and a physicist look like when it's set in the multiverse? This collection gives the viewer glimpses into various possibilities.

The artwork is all for sale through a silent auction that will end when CONSTELLATIONS closes on March 5th. Highest bidders will be notified on or after March 6th. The proceeds from each sale will be split evenly between the artist and BCT.

Participating Artists include: Rehab Aarti, Heather Bauer, Stacie Chappell, Belinda Isley, Melissa Osgood, Anne Peterson, Lisa Flowers Ross and Anna Ura.

BCT is located at 854 Fulton Street in downtown Boise.
