Insert Minds. Recycled Foot? I was pondering this. Half of Recycled Minds, Sean Hancock joined Insert Foot on Thursday night for a night of improv. This was absolutely a good match. And Sean showed why he was invited near the end of the show when they did the "Improv Gauntlet" and Sean Hancock was in every scene for roughly 10 minutes straight.

This was the second time I saw INSERT FOOT THEATRE within just a month. I can now say that there are a range of talents in the troupe from the seasoned, I would say professional, to the barely out of "walking shoes" with improv. However, I could tell they had been working on their craft since I last saw them and they were improving.

There were games I had seen them perform before and a few that I had not. "New Choice", "Top Gun", "Sing it", "Revolver" were replayed with different topics and different combination of Improv players. The games I hadn't seen before were: "Oscar Moment", "The Alphabet Game", "Cocktail Party", "The Birds and the Bees", "Improv Gauntlet" and the last game of the night "2-Headed Monster". They cycled through all of the games and Sean was a wonderful addition.

They were entertaining. I took my son with me this time. He had a good time and laughed quite a bit. The Reef was the host again and it was packed. It would make a nice date night (wishing I could have brought my husband). May I recommend the grasshopper pie?
