The Cast of EVERY CHRISTMAS STORY EVER TOLD
[AND THEN SOME!]

Remember when you were young and you would sit around the fire and listen to the stories told over the radio at Christmas time? No. Well, do you remember always watching Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer, Frosty the Snowman, and The Year Without A Santa Claus? Well, you do not have to remember any more, just come and see EVERY CHRISTMAS STORY EVER TOLD (AND THEN SOME!) and you will get all the Christmas you need in one night! Just a few hours!! This is especially handy for those grinches out there and for those who just LOVE everything about Christmas- something for everyone!

The three gentlemen who are going to entertain us fort the night are veterans. Bradley Campbell Gamez, B.D.D., has been in many shows here in the Treasure Valley, in performances around the valley in many different theatres. John Myers, current president of Boise Little Theater, director and actor here at Boise Little Theater, and Paul Archibeque, a theatre arts teacher from Centennial High School as well as local actor many productions. Talent that any director would be proud to direct. They were directed by Cheryl Whale-Blauer, who directed the show two years ago and was asked to bring it back.

A Christmas Carol, interrupted. What is Christmas Spirit? What do you think of when you think of Christmas? We first learn about Christmas in Sweden. Next, we learn about Hanukkah and Kwanza. Then we talk about children's shows, with the focus on How the Grinch Stole Christmas, with the use of unadulterated audience participation. From there, we go and visit Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer after hearing of Christmas traditions in Holland, Germany, and Spain. On to Rudolph the Red... um, copyright issues. So we will have fun learning about another beloved Christmas character. Well, we will let you enjoy finding out about this BHC [beloved holiday character].

Christmas in Iceland. Then a discussion about fruitcake. We learn about it, but who will want to taste it. You either love it or hate it. With jokes from now and then there are jokes for all ages. The costumes are great and you will love all three contestants. Would you answer the question, is there a Santa?

Next, we learn of the History of Santa. The many names of Santa, many countries who celebrate him, and where he originated from. We get the lowdown on Santa. Is the true meaning of Christmas - love? Maybe it's actually the Macy's Thanksgiving Day parade? Maybe it's Frosty the Snowman? Australia is the next country where we learn more about their Christmas traditions.

Christmas in Wales. The Gifts of the Magi. A Charlie Brown Christmas. This show is jam packed with all the Christmas! [Sorry, the meme just popped into my head] At this point, the actors have been on the stage maintaining the energy for much too long on their own, it is time for intermission.

A Christmas Carol again, still trying to finish it, Bradley just wants to put on A Christmas Carol so badly that you feel sorry for him at this point. However, one of the best and most famous Christmas stories hasn't been addressed yet, It's a Wonderful Life. For the next short while we will be entertained with It's A Christmas Life? It's A Wonderful Carol? [Unfortunately, one of the actors received a recent injury and will not be able to perform The Nutcracker Suite until next week at the earliest. Keep your eyes online, there may be a video posted later for those who were unable to see it.] Then time for caroling. These guys can sing! All the songs you know rolled into one.
