I remember the stage being fairly high so you might be craning your neck a bit from second or third row orchestra, though I guess it depends what you prefer from a potential partial view on the sides of the mezz (but I don't think it would be that bad unless you're in the last few seats in each row)

I would go with third row orchestra. I have sat here before and the stage was never too high.

My subscriber seats are Row C. And they are perfect. If you are talking third row as in CC. You should be fine as long as you don't have a big head in front of you. There is little rake to the pit. Regarding the other comment I sat Row AA pit for the second time I saw Jelly and they were great as the stage isn't that high but it is a variable based on the show.

I have a posted picture of that on a view from my seat but don't have access at the minute to post. I grabbed the same seat for the second night I will be seeing Titanic.

The proscenium arch cuts off anything upstage stage right or left so seats far left or right in the house are not very good on all levels. The theatre was not originally built as one so it has sightline issues. Those seats often give you a view of performers leaving the stage and going “off” character or waiting in the wings. The upper mezzanine and upper balcony seats can be frustrating if there is a scrim, film screen or high platforms on the stage.

Rule of thumb. Shoot for seats in the center section on all levels. Or if you must seat on the side pick low numbered seats. Avoid upper mezz and upper balcony. The orchestra is raked to a degree but far from perfect. Critics generally sit about 8 rows back on the center isle.

There can also be sound issues from time to time in the balcony.
