Crimes of the Heart is a Southern gothic comedy set in Hazlehurst, Mississippi, focusing on three sisters facing personal crises as they await news of their grandfather's death. Lenny is grappling with her singlehood at thirty, Meg has returned home after a failed singing career, and Babe is dealing with legal issues following a violent incident with her husband. The play highlights their struggles with humor and features their cousin Chick, as well as an awkward young lawyer. Written by Beth Henley, this production is suitable for ages 13 and up.
