“Othering” is a marginalization process in which an individual or group is excluded from mainstream groups and communities. Differences such as race, economics, age, physical or cognitive obstacles, gender, or sexual orientation to name a few, often make people feel “Othered”. Other is a theatrical exploration that looks at being “other” through a different lens, it is a celebration of differences across the full spectrum!
