Rep Stage's production of 'The Glass Menagerie' will close on March 14, 2010.

Michael Stebbins, producing artistic director of Rep Stage and director of "The Glass Menagerie," and actors Tamara Johnson (Amanda Wingfield), Christine Demuth (Laura), Karl Kippola (Tom) and Brandon McCoy (The Gentleman Caller) deserve a standing ovation for their willingness to alter their professional and personal commitments to accommodate the extended performance schedule. According to Tim Smith's February 9 Baltimore Sun article on "the snow that ate the arts," Rep Stage may be one of the few local venues able to offer patrons additional performance dates.

"The Glass Menagerie" runs through March 14 in the Studio Theatre of the Horowitz Visual and Performing Arts Center (HVPA) on the campus of Howard Community College (HCC).
