Sweeney Todd Auditions for Drama Learning Center's Teen Professional Company, 9/13-17, 9/22 & 9/24

Drama Learning Center is pleased to announce auditions for DLC's Teen Professional Company, Teaching Young Actors, and their production of Sweeney Todd. Auditions for Drama Learning Center's Jr. Company production of Best of Broadway will also be held. Grade-eligible auditionees will be considered for placement in either company. Available by audition only, the TYA class allows students to work in a professional theatre environment as they learn about all aspects of theatrical work.

T.Y.A. Teen Professional Company "Sweeney Todd"
Auditions: By appointment September 13-17 and September 22 and 24
Callbacks: September 25
Eligible Grades: 8-12
Class Times: Saturdays 2-5 pm, with select Sunday and Monday evenings for small group work.
Class Dates: September 25-December 18 (No Class Nov. 27)
Dress Rehearsals: January 10-12
Shows: January 14-22
Cost: $565 ($300 due at first class,
balance due November 15th)

T.Y.A. Junior Company "Song & Scene Showcase"
Auditions: By appointment September 13-17 and September 22 and 24
Eligible Grades: 6-10
Class Times: Sundays 6-9 pm
Class Dates: October 3 - December 5, select Mondays
Final Rehearsals: December 14-17
Showcase: December 18, Time TBD
Cost: $225 ($150 for students already registered for an additional class)

Prepare a song of your choice (Sheet Music required) and a 2 minute monologue.
Fill out TYA audition form, rehearsal conflict sheet, and read and sign the UPDATED TYA expectation sheet. You will not be able to audition without completed paperwork. Forms can be found at http://www.dramalearningcenter.com/tya.html
Bring the forms to your audition along with a recent picture.
