Baltimore Outloud theatre columnist Ben Ryland is once again organizing an 'On-Your-Own NYC trip to the Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS- Flea Market on Sunday, September 21st. This will be his eleventh bus trip, which is now using two buses for 100+ people. And it could become three buses!!! This is a non-profit trip with all the money collected (after expenses) donated directly to BC/EFA. Alcohol and smoking are not permitted on the bus. This is a family-friendly trip. The flea market is outside and has free admission. 100% of the collected monies go to BC/EFA. Tons of celebrities, theatre memorabilia, food and just fun stuff is for sale.
Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS (BC/EFA) is the nation's leading industry-based, not-for-profit AIDS fundraising and grant making organization. Upon arrival patrons are on their own until departure at 6:30pm. We serve a light breakfast, snacks and drinks on board and dinner can be brought on to the bus for the trip home.
