Pumpkin Theatre continues its 48th Season "Running on Kid Power" with Winnie the Pooh and Girl With Diamonds in Her Eyes.

It is an extraordinary day in the Hundred Acre Wood for all of Christopher Robin's friends. A Heffelump has been seen nearby and Pooh and Piglet try to set a trap. Kanga, with her baby, Roo arrives and plans to bathe all the animals with a giant bar of soap. Rabbit says she must be stopped! It's Eeyore's birthday and he has lost his tail. Not only that, Piglet has to find him a present! Can Owl be of any help? Join the bear of very little brain along with his friends on their very adventurous and musical day!

Winnie the Pooh is directed by James Hunnicutt, with musical direction by Mandee Ferrier Roberts, costumes by Kendra Svach Shapanus, lighting by Helen Garcia-Alton, and props by Ally Cribbs. The cast includes Sofia Alvarez, Kristen Cooley, Carly Dagilis, and Pumpkin Company Members: Holly Gibbs, and Bobby Harris

Performances take place on April 9, 10, 16, and 17. All shows are at 1pm and 3pm and take place at 2905 Walnut Ave, Owings Mills 21117.

Girl With Diamonds in Her Eyes

A Cowgirl Musical By Jason Tinney & Holly Morse Ellington

Caroline "Buttons" McGee has a chip on her shoulder and eyes on a fortune in the silver mines of Nevada. Armed only with a sling shot, she runs away from her orphanage in Baltimore and sets out for the Wild West. Along her journey, Buttons finds an unlikely ally in Tom "Smudge-Nose" Parker, a gruff old prospector and his horse, Sally. Standing in the way of their treasure are The Nud Butter Blueberry Gang and Santiago, a rascally coyote who has his own interests in the secrets buried within the mines. Set in the 1870s, Girl With Diamonds In Her Eyes is a heart-warming story filled with humor and music that reminds us that love, friendship, and family are worth more than all the riches in the world.

Girl With Diamonds in Her Eyes is directed by Jeremy Scott Blaustein, with musical direction by Holly Morse-Ellington, costumes by Kendra Svach Shapanus, lighting by Helen Garcia Alton, and props by Ally Cribbs. The cast includes Company members Rachel Reckling & Rebecca Kenton, also Samantha McEwen Deininger, Reese Bruning, Jules Einhorn, Graham Rifkin, and Nick Dimitriades.

Performances take place on April 30, and May 1, 7, & 8. All shows are at 1pm and 3pm and take place at 2905 Walnut Ave, Owings Mills 21117.
