The third show in the Pumpkin Theatre's "Season of Imagination" follows familiar children's character Winnie the Pooh in A WINNIE-THE-POOH BIRTHDAY TAIL. Performances for the show begin February 13th at 1:00pm and 3:00pm. Performances continue February 14th, 20th and 21st also at 1:00 and 3:00pm.

It's Eeyore's birthday. To most, birthdays are celebrations, but poor Eeyore can't find it in his heart to celebrate. This birthday is worst than most for him - he's lost his tail. Pooh Bear, Piglet, Kanga, Christopher Robin, Rabbit, Owl and Tigger scour the 100 Acre Woods to help find Eeyore's Tail and make this his best birthday ever.

The show is directed and choreographed by Artistic Director Jimi Kinstle with costumes by Vallerie Perez-Schere (of Fluid Movement) and musical direction by Mark Hanson Wiliams. Richard Goldberg will play Eeyore, Anthony Scimonelli s Pooh Bear. A musical the whole family will enjoy.

Tickets are $12 in advance and $13 at the door. Information can be found at www.pumpkintheatre.com or by calling the theatre box office at 410-828-1814. Three play subscriptions remain for the rest of our season. Tickets for all three shows can be purchased for $30.

Founded in 1967 by Sister Kathleen Marie Engers as part of the Drama Department at the College of Notre Dame of Maryland, the Pumpkin Theatre has been operating as a non-profit organization since 1982. Now in their 42nd year, Pumpkin Theatre is seeing three generations enjoy theatre together.

New productions with the best performers in the area, breathtaking sets and costumes designed by professional artists, and rollicking staging by award-winning directors. All geared to give your child and family theatrical memories that will last forever.
