Photo Flash: THE LITTLE DOG LAUGHED Comes To Mobtown Theater 7/17 Thru 8/2

The show runs July 17 through August 2 with performances Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays at 8 pm, and Sundays at 7 pm. There will be an additional added matinee on Sunday, July 26, at 3 pm (two shows that day!). Tickets are $18 for adults and $15 for students, seniors and BTA members.

This is the play's Baltimore premiere and also the inaugural project of Teatro101, a new theatrical Production Company based in Baltimore. It is directed by Joseph Ritsch and features Shannon Maddox, David Gregory, Ryan Haase, and BriAnna Carter. All are affiliated with Towson University's theater program: Maddox holds an MFA, Ritsch and Gregory are current MFA candidates, and Haase and Carter both received their bachelor¹s degrees at Towson.

The Little Dog Laughed was written by Douglas Carter Beane and was nominated for the Tony Award for Best Play when it premiered in 2006. Beane is also the writer of As Bees Drown in Honey, To Wong Foo and the recent smash-hit Xanadu.
