Pumpkin Theatre is thrilled to announce the line-up for its 49th season, "A Season with Spirit and Moxie!"

In Season 49, the Pumpkin stage will feature some of the world's most beloved characters. Come witness their antics as they raid Mr. McGregor's garden, dumbfound a king, outwit a cat, sail a boat in Central Park and feed the peasants of Nottingham! Rabbits, princesses, ducks, mice and outlaws all facing big challenges while staying true to themselves in the process!

Peter Rabbit and Me - September 17, 18, 24 & 25

Based on Hans Christian Anderson's "The Ugly Duckling." Ugly looks quite different from his brothers and sisters. The other animals on the farm are quick to notice and point this out, despite his mother's protective flapping. The little guy finds himself on an adventure of self-discovery, all the while unknowingly outwitting a very hungry cat. Along the way Ugly meets a whole flock of unique characters and finds out being different is not a bad thing to be. Presented through special arrangement with Music Theatre International (MTI).

Stuart Little - April 1, 2, 8 & 9
Adapted by Joseph Robinette, Based on the book by E.B. White
The classic tale of a mouse, living with his human family in New York. As a small creature in a much larger world, he has no short supply of adventures! Some lead him to trouble, some bring him great friends, but all are great fun in this funny and touching story of a fearless little mouse in the big city! Produced by special arrangement with The Dramatic Publishing Company of Woodstock, IL

Robin Hood - May 13, 14, 20 & 21
Dramatized by Cathryn Pisarski, Musical Score by Phil Smith
Robin Hood is the classic tale of Sir Robin of Locksley who has given up his titles to help the peasants of Nottingham. Stealing from the rich to give to the poor, he and his band of merry men are hunted by the Sheriff of Nottingham. In order to flush him out of his hide out in Sherwood Forest, the Sheriff hatches a plan to capture Robin by staging an archery contest. Can the clever Maid Marion help him escape? See Robin Hood, Little John, Friar Tuck, Will Scarlett, and all the rest in this swashbuckling adventure! Produced by special arrangement with I.E. Clark Publications.
