MOTHERHOOD OUT LOUD Enters Final Weeks at Vagabond Players

The Vagabond Players's current production of Motherhood Out Loud, is making audiences laugh, cry and bringing them to their feet in ovation. Now there are only six more shows through March 19th.

When entrusting the subject of motherhood to a dazzling collection of celebrated American writers, what results is a joyous, moving, hilarious, and altogether thrilling theatrical event. Utterly unpredictable, Motherhood Out Loud shatters traditional notions about parenthood, unveils its inherent comedy, and celebrates the deeply personal truths that span and unite generations. This is an adult production that contains strong language.

The talented cast hails from all corners of the Baltimore/Washington region. It features: Christine Alfano (Columbia), Shemika Berry (Waldorf), Temple Fortson (Germantown), Cheramie Jackson (Seabrook), Gareth Kelly (Catonsville) and Nikki Summons (Annandale, VA). Directed by popular director and performer Rikki Howie Lacewell (Gaithersburg), these seasoned actors glide through hilarious and poignant scenes that engage and enthrall audiences.

Located at 806 S. Broadway, the Vagabond Theatre is easily accessible to patrons. Show times are Friday and Saturday at 8:00pm; Sunday at 2:00pm.

Tickets can be purchased online at www.vagabondplayers.org or at the door ($10-$20); special rates for groups available on line. Friday night performances feature special pricing--$15 for everyone. Plus, there is a $10 Thursdays on Broadway! performance on March 16 at 8:00pm.

There will be no performance on Friday, March 17.
