Join Laurel Mill Playhouse as they explore the world of drama through fun drama games, techniques for acting and stage work, puppetry and more with their Intro to Drama Mini Week. The class will take place July 15-19 from 9:45 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. It will explore movement, role-playing, and participants develop their own skits. Students will learn how to stand and how to be heard when on stage. At the end of the session, students will present a performance based upon a story and script they develop in class! The performance will take place Friday, July 19 at 12 p.m.
Ages 6-11 will be accepted for the class. The cost of attendance for the week is $58 per student. About the Instructor: Award winning actress and instructor Rebecca Feibel has been teaching drama, musical theater, and voice for over 16 years. She is the recipient of the MD Theater Guide's Best Supporting Actress in a Musical for 2012 and has over 25 productions to her credit.
