Howard Community College's Arts Collective presents its second annual improv festival, "IMPROVAGANZA!" The three-night event will take place at 8 p.m. on March 29-31, in the Studio Theatre, located within the Horowitz Visual and Performing Arts Center.
Arts Collective's What Improv Group?! (W.I.G.) will host and perform each evening, along with a rotating lineup of outstanding improv troupes from the Baltimore-D.C. metro region, including 80-plus improv artists. Each "IMPROVAGANZA!" show features improv sets of classic favorites to never-before-seen antics, all held in a cabaret-style setting with audience participation, giveaways, improv jams, post-show Q & As, free snacks, and more.
All improv troupe performances start at 8 p.m. in the Horowitz Visual and Performing Arts Center's Studio Theatre, located at Howard Community College, 10901 Little Patuxent Parkway, Columbia, Maryland. The performances will last approximately two hours, with one intermission.
Tickets are $15 for general admission and $10 for students, seniors, faculty, staff, and military. All three shows are available for the ticket price of $30. Ticket prices include snacks, with drinks available for $1.
