As part of its three-year strategic plan that was approved last week, Everyman Theatre's Board of Directors has established a new Brand and Marketing department, which will begin September 1, 2018. The theatre's current Managing Director, Jonathan K. Waller, will assume the executive leadership role of the new department, to oversee the company's brand strategy as well as marketing, patron services, and the newly-created group sales department. Founding Artistic Director Vincent M. Lancisi will lead all administrative operations while the Board searches for a new Managing Director.
"Everyman Theatre has built a reputation, over its 28 year existence, on exceptional artistic achievement from the Resident Company and a strong relationship with our audience that keeps them coming back year after year. The Everyman Theatre's brand and marketing initiative shall build upon that success and will connect with everyone in the region who values what theater can do for our community," said Vic Romita, President of Everyman Theatre's Board of Directors. "Jonathan knows our community and Everyman and is the right executive to lead this newly- created Brand and Marketing initiative."
