WOMEN IN LOVE, as adapted from the D. H. Lawrence novel of the same name and directed by Chuck DeLong, is a contemporized and Americanized love story about two sisters -Ursula and Gudrun Brangwen- and the respective men in their lives, best friends Rupert Birkin and Gerald Crich. The play details the sisters' struggles with romance, domesticity, and the challenges of being young independent strong-willed women in today's society. Frequently humorous, often bittersweet, and sometimes tragic, the story addresses themes of social class, rivalry, passion and love versus lust, art versus industry, as well as inner conflict and turmoil.

Only TWO performances left of WOMEN IN LOVE! Please join us at 8PM on Friday, May 15th or Saturday, May 16th. Sunday's matinee has been cancelled.

All tickets are $15 and may be reserved online at www.strandtheatercompany.org or by phone: 443-874-4917.
