Three years ago, the Cranwells' daughter Emma disappeared without a trace. Suddenly, she's been returned to them - fragile, frightened, memory gone - a ghost of the daughter they lost. They are determined to do whatever it takes to bring their daughter back. But is this girl truly Emma or someone else?
Ashley Fain of Reisterstown, Md. stars as Emma Cranwell, the daughter, who returns three years after her disappearance. The ensemble cast features Thomas Peters of Parkville, Md. and Susan Liberati of Forest Hill as Max and Laura Cranwell, Emma's parents; Neena Boyle of Pasadena as the Cranwell's longtime maid; Ted Burke of Edgewood, Md. as Inspector Livago, who investigated the original disappearance and Bobby Romadka III of Baltimore, Md. as Hardy, the newly hired handyman (who is not all he seems.)
Written by British screenwriter, Brian Clemens, who created "The Avengers" and "The Professionals," the play, set in the early 1900s, is a chilling mystery with lots of twists. Linda Chambers directs Cockpit's production.
