The Baltimore Shakespeare Factory (BSF) named Bethany Mayo as Education Director.
In this position, Mayo will oversee all aspects of the BSF education program including in-school residencies, summer camps, and various programs for adults and children of all ages.
Bethany Mayo graduated from William Woods University in 2009 with a Bachelor's Degree in Theater. She is active in the Baltimore theater scene, and she has been on stage at Baltimore Shakespeare Factory, Cohesion Theater Company, The Strand, Chesapeake Shakespeare Company, and Annapolis Shakespeare Company. Bethany has worked with the Baltimore Playwrights' Festival and Drama Learning Center, and served as a Teaching Artist for Chesapeake Shakespeare Company. She is also a competitive ballroom dancer and a proud member of the Potomac Curling Club.
