The Bad Oracle, a Baltimore based theater review website, announces the 2015 Baltimore United Local Stage and Hidden Independent Theater (B.U.L.S.H.I.T.) Awards. The B.U.L.S.H.I.T. Awards exist to shine a light on the work of "small" theater artists in Baltimore, Maryland. The winners will be announced on Monday, January 25th during an award show at Emmanuel Episcopal Church in the Mt. Vernon neighborhood. This year marks the third annual B.U.L.S.H.I.T. Awards.

The full list of nominees can be found at www.thebadoracle.com.

New this year are the "White Pants" Award for Bravest Choice and the "Did You Get It?" Award for best concept. Also new is the "Justice for All" Award honoring a theater working for social change.

Fuzz Roark, Managing Director of The Audrey Herman Spotlighters Theatre, is providing technical support for this year's Awards.

"The Bad Oracle is proud to say that the B.U.L.S.H.I.T. Award nominees represent a diversity of talent. We have reviewed such innovative and inspiring work from so many local companies this year," says The Bad Oracle, anonymous owner of The Bad Oracle theater criticism website. "We were psyched when the event sold out last year, it told us that the Baltimore small theater community is ready to be recognized for the risky, mind-blowing work that they're doing right now."

Tickets are now on sale. All proceeds from the ticket sales of the event go toward The Actors Need a Living (A.N.A.L.) Fund to support actor stipends for small theaters in Baltimore.
