Infinity Theatre Company has officially announced Directors for its 2016 season.

Fresh off producing the critically acclaimed Broadway Revival of DAMES AT SEA, and after six years of producing Infinity Theatre shows, Co-Producing Artistic Director Alan Ostroff will make his mainstage directing debut, with ALMOST HEAVEN: SONGS OF JOHN DENVER and co-directing MILLION DOLLAR QUARTET.

"ALMOST HEAVEN and MILLION DOLLAR QUARTET will both rock Annapolis this summer, bringing five iconic chapters of popular American music from the 1950's to the 1980's. Infinity Theatre not only seeks to please our audience with songs that define their lives, we also aspire to transform the listener's experience of these songs. With these two "jukebox musicals," beloved music is placed within two unique stories, performed by a tremendous company of actor/singer/instrumentalists who will electrify you!" said Alan Ostroff.

Tommy Iafrate returns to Infinity after his innovative and wildly popular staging of last summer's new musical JACK VS. RAPUNZEL. This year, Tommy will be co-directing MILLION DOLLAR QUARTET and directing our Theatre For Young Audiences Show, ELEPHANT & PIGGIE'S "WE ARE IN A PLAY!"

Tommy Iafrate directed last summer's production of JACK VS. RAPUNZEL at Infinity. He recently returned from China, where he toured shows to universities in Shanghai, Xi'an, and Beijing. Tommy has previously served as Producing Artistic Director of the Clinton Area Showboat Theatre in Iowa, directing musicals such as INTO THE WOODS, THE DROWSY CHAPERONE, WONDERFUL TOWN, and many more. A Musical Director and Musician, Tommy has worked on seven productions with Goodspeed Musicals, including their tour of PIPPIN with Micky Dolenz, and three Royal Caribbean cruises. Some favorite musical directing credits are ALTAR BOYZ, THE FANTASTICKS, and THE FULL MONTY. He holds an MFA in Directing from Western Illinois University and is an associate member of

the Stage Directors and Choreographers Society. During the school year, Tommy is the Director of Musical Theatre at Binghamton University in upstate New York.

After directing last year's smash hit production of RING OF FIRE, we are thrilled to welcome back Amy Jones as our Music Director for both ALMOST HEAVEN and MILLION DOLLAR QUARTET.

Amy Jones is a Director, Choreographer and Musical Director. Most recently, Amy has provided choreography for BROADWAY BACKWARDS 8 and 9 at the Hirschfeld Theatre and Palace Theatre (Broadway), served as the musical supervisor for TEXAS IN PARIS at the York Theatre in NYC, directed/musical directed RING OF FIRE at Infinity Theatre last season, and Directed/Choreographed GYPSY at Flat Rock Playhouse. Amy has provided dramaturgy for the new musicals ALICE, WARSAW and JUNK: A ROCK OPERA. Proud member of Actors' Equity Association and the Stage Directors and Choreographers Society.
