How hard can it be for a divorced woman to get laid by a guy who's not a schmuck? Will our hero get lucky, or will she have to save herself for Steve Martin? Ann V. Wixon, a native Washingtonian, is a copywriter and playwright. "Saving Myself for Steve Martin" was selected by Kitchen Dog Theater in association with The National New Play Network as "one of the newest, most exciting voices and visions of the American theater," and received a staged reading as part of the Festival. She was Playwright in Residence for American Ensemble Theater from July 2010 to July 2011 where the play also received a staged reading. Ann is a member of The Dramatists Guild of America.
