Adam Melchor is returning with a stunning new single, “BIGTIMEGOODTIME.” After his set at Sea.Hear.Now.Festival this past weekend, Adam will join jazz pop sensation Laufey on an already sold out fall tour kicking off in San Francisco at The Fillmore and ending in Los Angeles at The Theatre at Ace Hotel.

The single comes as Peńa is touring North America as the direct support for David Kushner. Having already wowed audiences in, among other markets, Austin, New York and Toronto, the tour hits the Varsity Theater in Minneapolis tonight and concludes in Seattle, WA on October 1. Chance will play at The Fonda Theatre in Los Angeles on September 25.

First premiered via Flaunt Magazine, the track’s accompanying video, directed by Shane McKenzie, perfectly encapsulates the band’s vision, showcasing glitched out b-roll footage of the band cut between scenes of Los Angeles on an old television screen. The track follows Escape Artist Lovers’ debut single, “Hey Motherf*cker,” released last month.

The Newcastle, UK-based group Pigs Pigs Pigs Pigs Pigs Pigs Pigs shared their new track “Terror’s Pillow” (Live) from their upcoming live record, Live In New York. The album showcases their fiery live show from their April 2023 performance at New York City’s Mercury Lounge, on their recent tour in support of the acclaimed LP Land Of Sleeper.

New artist The Wheel will release his self-titled debut album via Lakeshore Records. Based in Portland, Oregon, The Wheel is the musical alias of longtime producer and session guitarist Avram Brown who tapped his good friend Raymond Richards (Local Natives, LCD Soundsystem) to co-produce and engineer the entire project.

The video’s release is a tribute considering the recent passing of Ryuichi Sakamoto and Yukihiro Takahashi in 2023.  Over the years, Oyamada has collaborated with each member of YMO separately as well as performing in their touring band as well. Cornelius also played in Japanese supergroup METAFIVE with Takahashi and released two albums.
