Angie Stanton is a best selling novelist and theatre junkie who loves being transported to other times and places through the magic of musical theatre. Through the years her love of the genre has grown to epic proportions with trips away from her local theatre scene in Madison, Wisconsin, to Chicago, Broadway, and the West End. Angie is a former community theatre performer and holds a bachelor’s degree in Journalism from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. She is the author of nine novels including the Broadway-based book, If Ever.

The Fireside Theatre, Wisconsin's premiere dinner theatre located in Fort Atkinson, never shied away from a theatrical challenge. Whether it be creating magical moving furniture in Mary Poppins, an epic downpour in Singing in the Rain, or a tornado in Wizard of Oz on their theatre-in-the-round playhouse, they succeed in creating dazzling productions. Working in such an intimate space can be daunting when pulling off special effects that were created with large state-of-the-art venues and budgets in mind, but those hurdles have never held the Fireside back.
