Walter McBride As a 14 year old youth, Walter was transfixed by his first Broadway Show, the original production of 'GREASE'. His Journey to celebrity photojournalism began that fateful night. Meeting, photographing and getting to know the cast inspired him to spend his professional life doing what he loved. Currently headlining in New Jersey with his partner Richard and family members Dali (Jack Russell) & Gala (Schnoodle). Recently he made his Broadway debut sharing the stage with Hugh Jackman in 'Hugh Jackman on Broadway' as well as receiving the Actors' Equity Association Gypsy Spirit Award. Emmy and Tony Award winner Blythe Danner has joined the cast of Nice Work If You Can Get It for 12 weeks only beginning today, December 18th and continuing through March 10th. Ms. Danner assumes the role of Millicent Winter, the mother of Matthew Broderick's character Jimmy Winter. Actors' Equity president Nick Wyman and author Robert Simonson, as well as special guests gathered to recall Equity's first 100 years and celebrate the new book, PERFORMANCE OF THE CENTURY: 100 YEARS OF ACTORS' EQUITY ASSOCIATION AND THE RISE OF PROFESSIONAL AMERICAN THEATER. Actors Lee Roy Reams and Danny Burstein, and Justin 'Squigs' Robertson, who designed the book's cover, attended.

The Mystery of Edwin Drood is playing a limited engagement at Studio 54 (254 West 54th Street) through March 10th, 2013. The original end date was February 10th, 2013. Yesterday the cast gatherd at DRG Records to record the cast album of the new 2012 Broadway production. The cast album will be a two-disc set that will also include a new Act Two opening number, additional ballet music from Puffer's opium den, an additional Act One track not previously recorded and eight tracks featuring the confession of each murderer. At this one of a kind urban winter wonderland in of the heart of midtown Manhattan, Broadway's brightest stars and patrons of the arts joined together for a festive celebration of the country's premier musical theatre training program.
