USA Network today announced a second season pickup of the captivating one-hour original drama series MR. ROBOT, ahead of the series premiere tonight at 10/9c. This buzzy breakout series has already received significant critical acclaim, prestigious industry honors and has garnered nearly 3 million views in its unprecedented pre-linear launch across a wide array of digital platforms. The second season, which will include a minimum of 10 episodes, will air in 2016.

According to Deadline, stage favorite Lily Rabe has been tapped to lead the cast of the upcoming independent film MISS STEVENS, described as a 'coming-of-age/character and life study.' Julia Hart will direct the film, which she co-wrote alongside Jordan Horowitz.

In an effort to increase sampling of ABC Family's groundbreaking new docuseries, “Becoming Us,” sister cable networks Fusion and Lifetime will air key episodes. NBCUniversal today announced its cross portfolio partnership with Benefit Cosmetics around the upcoming Syfy Original Movie, “Sharknado 3: Oh Hell No!,” the network's latest installment of the global pop culture sensation. Benefit Cosmetics' campaign, promotes the #1 best-selling prestige mascara in the US*, They're Real! mascara, which will have a cameo in “Sharknado 3”. In addition to on-screen “Sharknado 3” integrations, Benefit's They're Real! Eleven new teams began the journey of a lifetime this morning when THE AMAZING RACE kicked off its 27thtrip around the world in Venice Beach, Calif. After completing their first challenge, the teams are now en route to their first destination, Rio de Janeiro.
