Academy Award(R) and Screen Actors Guild(R) nominee and Emmy(R) and Golden Globe(R) winning actress Barbara Hershey (Once Upon a Time, Black Swan) will star in the Lifetime Original Movie Left to Die as Sandra Chase, an American mother of two wrongly sent to an Ecuadorian prison for drug trafficking. Produced by Sony Pictures Television and based on a true story, film and television veteran Rachael Leigh Cook (Perception, She's All That) will also star as Sandra's determined daughter, Tammi Chase, in the movie, which is set to premiere on Sunday, November 4, 2012, at 9PM ET/PT.

Binder is best known for many successful seasons of 'SGU Stargate Universe,' 'Stargate Atlantis,' 'Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman,' as well as, being one of the writers of the Disney animated classic, 'Pocahontas.' 'Cedar Cove' is based on a series of beloved novels from New York Times #1 bestselling author Debbie Macomber. The series stars internationally acclaimed movie star and Golden Globe nominee, Andie MacDowell ('Four Weddings & A Funeral,' 'Green Card,' 'sex, lies, and videotape') and veteran actor Dylan Neal ('Blood Ties,' 'Dawson's Creek'). The pedigree of the series is further enhanced by Executive Producers Dan Wigutow, Caroline Moore and Michael Scott, the team responsible for Hallmark Channel's top-rated Original Movies, 'Debbie Macomber's Mrs. Miracle,' 'Debbie Macomber's Call Me Mrs. Miracle,' and 'Debbie Macomber's Trading Christmas' in 2009, 2010 and 2011, respectively. Famed culinary experts Ludo Lefebvre and Brian Malarkey are confirmed to join no-holds-barred chef Anthony Bourdain and British food star Nigella Lawson as Mentors on eight episodes of ABC's innovative new cooking competition show, "The Taste." Bourdain and Lawson are also executive producers. The new one-hour alternative series from Kinetic Content will premiere in 2013 on the ABC Television Network.

Jennie Garth will have her day in court as she plays Atlanta Assistant District Attorney Hailey Dean in the upcoming Lifetime Original Movie The Eleventh Victim. Based on the New York Times bestselling novel by Nancy Grace, the movie will premiere on Saturday, November 3, 2012, at 8PM ET/PT and is loosely inspired by Grace's former career as an Atlanta prosecutor for the District Attorney's office. Grace will also appear in the film.

CWD, The CW Network's digital studio, announced today it is the exclusive home for the all-new season of the hit scripted online series, Vuguru's PROM QUEEN, entitled PROM QUEEN: HOMECOMING, and the premiere of its all new digital series, CELEBTV ON THE CW. Nashville Symphony Board Chairman Ed Goodrich announced today that the Nashville Symphony Association Board of Directors and Giancarlo Guerrero have reached an agreement extending Maestro Guerrero's contract through 2020. Guerrero will continue to lead the Nashville Symphony for at least the next eight years.

As Deadline reported earlier today, David Duchovny, Hope Davis, and Timothy Hutton are set to star in the upcoming film, AFTER THE FALL. The film is written by Carroll Cartwright (WHAT MAISIE KNEW), and directed by Anythony Fabian (SKIN). Identity Films is producing the picture.

According to TV Line, Frank Darabont's (THE WALKING DEAD) period piece pilot, LA NOIR, is set for a full series on TNT. The network has ordered six episode for its premiere season.

The legendary 17-time Grammy Winner, Tony Bennett, and the Dominican superstar known as 'The Maestro,' Juan Luis Guerra, are set to perform their duet, 'Just in Time' on THE LATE SHOW WITH DAVID LETTERMAN, on Oct. 22. MTV today announced that the second season of the critically acclaimed international sensation "Awkward" is now available on DVD exclusively on Amazon.com.
