According to The Hollywood Reporter, Sigourney Weaver has signed on to join Liam Neeson and rising star Felicity Jones in Juan Antonio Bayona's film adaptation of Patrick Ness' children's A MONSTER CALLS.

Bravo Media's “Inside the Actors Studio” hosted by James Lipton, commemorates the life and career of legendary actor and comedian Robin Williams with a special broadcast of his appearance on the Emmy Award-winning series on Thursday, August 21 at 8pm ET/PT. The episode originally aired on Sunday, June 10, 2001, and for the 250th episode of “Inside the Actors Studio,” fans chose Williams' appearance as their favorite in a poll on BravoTV.com.

As one of his final acts of good will, Robin Williams recorded a video message for New Zealander Vivian Waller, who was diagnosed with terminal cancer in January. Meeting Williams, along with marrying her partner and seeing her daughter's first birthday, made her bucket list. The late actor recently discovered her wish, though Waller had become too ill to travel, according to the Sunday Star Times - instead, sending her the video below that was released yesterday.

Telemundo announced the addition of international music star Luis Fonsi as judge and vocal adviser of the mega-reality music competition, 'Yo Soy El Artista' (I'm The Artist), slated to premiere in September. The award-winning artist, known as “The Voice of Pop” and one of the top Latin music acts, will serve as vocal adviser for the school and will join singer Olga Tañon as part of the judging panel of the reality to be hosted by international star, Lucero. With castings completed across major cities across the U.S. and Puerto Rico, “Yo Soy el Artista” will feature talented contestants who will have to sing, dance and demonstrate star quality and showmanship, in an intense 13-week competition where the winner will be named the ultimate true 'Artist.'
