The first performance I did was when I was eight in a holiday themed talent show where my friend and I created our own short play about a kid and reindeer who fix Santaa??s sleigh and save Christmas.

When I got my first zoom audition notification the first thing I did was cry, and jump around, and then cry some more. Truly I was overwhelmed that I was allowed to use my skills in any capacity for other people instead of my bathroom mirror. But then the question came, what do I do now? 

We see this time and time again, where musicals that center on an experience or adult humor get so watered down that they render their existence pointless.

I started doing drag when I was eighteen, but didna??t start performing until I was nineteen and in my second year of theatre school.

When I was in my first theatre performance back when I was nine I made myself one rule to follow (and it seems to be one of the few things nine year old me had figured out) and that rule was a?oenever to fall in love with another cast member.'

What makes this program different is instead of sitting in various classrooms we get to actually put our learning to work.

In the first week it was a whirlwind of singing for voice teachers so I could be placed with the right one, running from ballet to tap classes to be put in a dance level that would make sure I didn't end up with someone who had been dancing since the age of three, an abundance of meetings about what to expect, and meeting my new classmates.
