As a high school student, I used to attend classes for a whole year, during which we focused not only on learning the course material but also on socializing and building relationships with our classmates and teachers. We had plenty of time to participate in extracurricular activities, attend school events, and engage in other social activities. However, when I got to college, I quickly realized that things were different.

​​​​​​​Academic integrity is a fundamental aspect of education that involves submitting your work honestly and responsibly, without copying or plagiarizing from others. In today's world, where AI has made it easy to generate written content for assignments, essays, and answers, students must be truthful about the work they submit for school.

In life, many people plan out many things, which can include travel plans, school plans, or goals they want to accomplish. However, at times we, as people, need to adjust our plans because things or circumstances change.

At some point in your life, you may experience something called burnout. Burnout can be described as emotional exhaustion, both mentally and physically. Burnout can make it difficult for people to do activities and tasks to the best of their ability.

The arts have changed my life tremendously, and without the arts, I would not be the person I am. They have taught me to try new things, create, and appreciate music more.

In my academic life, I have been slowly but surely trying to find balance as I adjust to college life and the challenges and workload that come with it.

As a student, one can thrive by participating in exciting campus activities to make new friends and get familiar with their new environment. As a first-time college student, it is crucial to go to games, participate in activities, and join a club to enjoy your college experience.

Fullerton College offers many opportunities that I look forward to taking advantage of. Currently, I am pursuing a degree in pre-nursing because I enjoy helping others in my free time, and I believe I will thrive in this environment. The current classes I am taking are English, probability statistics, and chemistry.
