Pan Asian Repertory Theatre has announced the launch of its 48th Milestone Season with the Fall 2024 Reading Series titled MY MAN KONO.

The Garden Theatre in Winter Garden, Florida has closed its doors. A statement on the theatre's website states that the closure was due to 'financial challenges that have proven insurmountable.'

A new show What the Dickens? by award-winning playwright/singer Clare Norburn, her company The Telling and BAFTA-nominated director Nicholas Renton (Mrs Gaskells' Wives & Daughters, Lewis, Musketeers) exposes the private life of Charles Dickens: with an estranged wife and teenage mistress, he doesn't quite live up to the image of the family man he would like to present to the world.

Central Works 2024 Season will conclude with the new play The Contest, written and directed by Gary Graves. Liverpool-based pioneering disability and Deaf arts-led organisation DaDa is celebrating its 40th anniversary. 

English National Opera will present the opportunity for audiences in London to experience a new production of Benjamin Britten’s masterpiece The Turn of the Screw based on Henry James’s ghost story, with seven performances at the London Coliseum between 11 and 31 October 2024. 

 In October and November, the Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra (HK Phil) will present two programmes featuring masterpieces by Brahms and Dvořák.

“Caesar’s Circus,” an all-new show starring one of Chicago’s most beloved performers, Frank Ferrante, announces its full cast that includes a diverse array of performers from a variety of locales specializing in juggling, contortionism, singing, aerial acrobatics, clowning and more.

The breakout Australian hit play The Dictionary of Lost Words, based on Pip Williams’ award-winning novel of the same name, will be performed in Brisbane for the first time when it comes to the Queensland Performing Arts Centre’s (QPAC) Playhouse from 26 April to 10 May 2025.
