James Robinson is the next General and Artistic Director of Seattle Opera, and the fifth person to lead the company in its 61-year history. Robinson begins his tenure on September 4, 2024, replacing Christina Scheppelmann, who takes over as General and Artistic Director of Brussels' La Monnaie/De Munt in January 2025 following the completion of her contract with Seattle Opera.

Royal Court Theatre has announced casting for Oli Forsyth’s BRACE BRACE directed by Daniel Raggett (Accidental Death of An Anarchist). The cast includes Phil Dunster (Ted Lasso), Craige Els (Just For One Day), and Anjana Vasan (We Are Lady Parts). 

The full cast has been announced for the world premiere of NOW That’s What I Call A Musical, a brand-new British musical written by award-winning comedian Pippa Evans and directed and choreographed by Craig Revel Horwood.

Always a Bridesmaid is headed to Ember Women's Theatre next month. The production opens Friday September 6th, and runs Fridays and Saturdays at 8:00pm until September 21st.
