Shy graduated from Kennesaw State University in May 2015 with a Degree in Theatre and Performance Studies. During this time she performed, analyzed and critiqued a variety of performance types. These included but not limited to church ceremonies, improv, and theatrical works. From a place of passion and knowledge, Shy brings a fresh perspective to local Iowan performances. Shy is currently pursuing her Masters in Journalism: Strategic Communications at the University of Iowa.
