Supernatural Beings will play a late-night show during Umphrey's McGee's upcoming three-night run in New York City. The show will take place on Saturday, January 18th at Sony Hall following Umphrey's McGee's second of two nights at the Beacon Theatre. The band lineup for this special performance will showcase an impressive roster of musicians including keyboard wizard Joel Cummins (Umphrey's McGee), bassist Ashish Vyas (Thievery Corporation), drummer Aaron Johnston (Brazilian Girls / J.E.D.I.), and guitarist Marcus Rezak (Shred is Dead / Digital Tape Machine). Critically acclaimed singer / songwriter Jolie Holland is releasing ESCONDIDA on vinyl for the first time in honor of its 15 year anniversary. Escondida will be pressed on 140 gram double vinyl at 45rpm for optimum audio quality via her own small-imprint label, Cinquefoil Records. Remastered by Adam Gonsalves at Telegraph Audio in Portland, Oregon. She is currently raising funds to finance the re-issue via an album pre-sales campaign and other offerings hosted on her website.

In September, GKIDS and Fathom Events continued their collaboration to bring exciting all new animated features to U.S. cinemas with “Promare” premiere events. Due to overwhelming fan demand, the companies announce that “Promare” will return for a special two-night encore showing in December with “Promare (Redux).” The English-subtitled version will screen December 8, and both the English dub version and special 4DX version will screen December 10. Promare will screen once more in 4DX on December 11. This marks the first 4DX release from GKIDS and is the first ever event cinema 4DX screening from Fathom Events.
