Sundance Institute adds three feature films to the 2020 Sundance Film Festival's robust slate of independent work today, alongside previously announced work. The Institute also confirmed that previously-announced Special Event, Love Fraud, will screen on Day One of the Festival. The Festival will take place in Park City, Salt Lake City and at Sundance Mountain Resort January 23–February 2, 2020.

NBC kicks off 2020 with the biggest names in music for an evening of holiday fun with “NBC's New Year's Eve 2020,” which will feature performances from X Ambassadors, Brett Eldredge, Julianne Hough, NE-YO, Leslie Odom Jr., Blake Shelton, Gwen Stefani and The Struts.

Minneapolis indie juggernauts, Solid Gold, are officially back with the single “Towns.” The song marks the first taste of new music from the trio of Zach Coulter, Matt Locher, and Adam Hurlburt since 2012's critically-acclaimed Eat Your Young. The band has spent the past several years focusing on several other high-profile collaborations (Coulter with GAYNGS and Taggart and Rosewood, and Hurlburt with Aero Flynn, GAYNGS and Har Mar Superstar). Coulter described the process of the single, 'We started melding Towns together in Matt's basement. I had the synth top line and a basic structure. YOSHIKI appeared as a surprise guest last week (Dec. 11) during the Tokyo Dome performance of KISS's 'End of the Road World Tour.'
