Hulu has revealed a first look at original comedy series 'Life & Beth' starring and executive produced by Amy Schumer. The ensemble cast includes Amy Schumer, Michael Cera, Susannah Flood, Violet Young, Kevin Kane, Yamaneika Saunders, Laura Benanti, Larry Owens, Michael Rapaport, Rosebud Walker and LaVar Walker.

Based on Isaac Asimov’s stories, and featuring an international cast led by Harris and Pace, alongside rising stars Lou Llobell and Leah Harvey, the monumental adaptation of “Foundation” chronicles the stories of four crucial individuals transcending space and time as they overcome deadly crises. The cast also includes Laura Born and Terrance Mann.

MINX is set in 1970s Los Angeles and centers around Joyce (Ophelia Lovibond), an earnest young feminist who joins forces with a low-rent publisher (Jake Johnson) to create the first erotic magazine for women. The cast also includes Idara Victor, Jessica Lowe, Lennon Parham, Michael Angarano and Oscar Montoya.

Alison Wonderland announced a series of North American tour dates in support of her forthcoming album. The shows promise to be massive, with brand new visuals, lighting and production, live musicians and, of course, new music from an album that – as Alison explains to her manager, Garth – she’s just not ready to reveal the title of just yet.

Oscar and Emmy-nominee Taraji P. Henson has joined the upcoming film adaption of The Color Purple musical as Shug Avery. Henson will join the previously announced Corey Hawkins as Harpo and H.E.R. as Squeak. Blitz Bazawule will direct the movie with a script by Marcus Gardley.

Succeeding Trust’s 2020 re-release of the band’s 1980 debut Group Sex, the package will include remastered audio by Pete Lyman and rare April 1982 live performances of material from the band’s first two albums. AMC Networks today announced that it has greenlit two new original series for 2023, Demascus and Invitation to a Bonfire. Both shows were developed as part of AMC’s “scripts-to-series” model, which opens writers’ rooms to develop prospective series that, in success, move straight-to-series.
