NBC is going way back in time to see how life not only survived cataclysmic events but thrived in the unscripted special event series order “Surviving Earth.” The series will be available for streaming next day on Peacock and a premiere for the eight-episode hourlong series will be announced at a later date.  

The mayhem and madness continue in season three of this biting and uproarious adult animated comedy series. Wrapping up their “Eat. Bang! Kill. Tour,” Harley Quinn (Kaley Cuoco) and Poison Ivy (Lake Bell) return to Gotham as the new power couple of DC villainy. The cast also includes Alan Tudyk (Clayface/The Joker), Matt Oberg (Kite Man), and more.

ASTRUS* is about to set out on tour with Shady Moon, 1nonly, 8percent, LilGoddan, Ciscaux, Wassup Rocker and special guests. The rising Dallas-based musician has been releasing music via Repost, SoundCloud’s artist services division, including his most recent single, “clean my mess up.” The Cancel Your Plans Tour kicks off this Friday, July 1st.

LA-based post-punk four-piece Agender share the first track, a remix by Le Tigre's JD Samson. The first remix comes a month after the release of their sophomore LP, No Nostalgia, out everywhere now. The band is made up of Australian lead singer Hoffman, bassist Cristy Michel, drummer Christy Greenwood and synth player Sara Rivas.

Acclaimed artists Ellen Arkbro & Johan Graden have announced their debut collaborative album I get along without you very well.. Along with the album announcement, the duo have shared the album opener 'Close'. Arkbro described the piece as “the most naked song on the record”, the composer’s breathy vocals curling in ribbons around murky brass.

The Return is one of the most melodically strong tracks on the album, with processed vocals and naturalistic lyrics over an arpeggiating synthesizer and drum machine, a provocative hybrid of technology and nature. The song builds in melodic complexity and tension but never explodes, remaining elusive and mysterious. 

The video is for the track “I Can’t Shake The Stranger Out Of You,” the timeless anthem of queer love and intimacy. the version of the song that the video highlights is from their historic, long overdue sophomore LP Blackberry Rose released by Don Giovanni earlier in 2022. The track was on their groundbreaking debut album.

Cold Gawd is the flag under which California-based multi-instrumentalist Matt Wainwright creates stormy, wounded shoegaze music born of open tunings and R&B melodies. The group's second collection, God Get Me The Fuck Out Of Here, took shape in the winter of 2020 while Wainwright was working long solo shifts at a coffee shop in Chicago.
