California-based garage rock outfit The Band Ice Cream has released “CHEMICAL FIRE,” the introspective first track from their forthcoming 10-song collection Play Dead. The album was racked by Jack Shirley (Deafheaven, Jeff Rosenstock, Remo Drive), and produced by Tim Vickers aka Grandbankss (Tia Nomore, Ricky Lake).

Grammy Award-winner Gary Clark Jr. will return to the road for a month-long fall headline tour across North America. This run kicks off September 9 in Birmingham, AL at Avondale Brewery, visits major markets coast-to-coast, and closes out four weeks later on October 9 at Hard Rock Live in Wheatland, CA.

Tony award-winning Broadway producer Hunter Arnold will produce ORIGINAL TRU via his company TBD Productions, alongside Adam Bucci, Cat Del Re, Jessy Greer and Adam Huss. Arnold has produced Dear Evan Hansen, Kinky Boots, Spring Awakening, The Inheritance, Macbeth, Moulin Rouge! and Edward Albee’s The Goat (London).
