Rooted is composed of five middle school rockers, singer-songwriters Maddox Lim and Genevieve Thai, Valen Shieh on bass guitar, Karissa Lee on guitar, and Selina Ye on keyboard and synth. The track was written by Maddox Lim, and produced, mixed, and mastered by singer-songwriter and producer Bernard Yagee from Baron, Lebanon.

Returning to the road in 2022, The Greeting Committee will embark on an extensive North American headline tour this Fall. It kicks off on November 6 at Aggie Theatre in Fort Collins, CO, makes stops in major cities coast-to-coast, and concludes on December 11 at Aisle 5 in Atlanta, GA. Support acts for the five-week jaunt will be revealed soon.

The U.S. leg of his worldwide “Earth Tour” will get things started with the tour launch on September 21  in Riverside, CA and continue through November 19 with a final date in the U.S. to take place in Dallas, TX. The Cult has announced the addition of fall tour dates to the schedule with the new run kicking off September 15 in Vancouver, BC at the Hard Rock Casino and concluding at The Greek Theatre in Los Angeles on October 9 with Black Rebel Motorcycle Club as the main support for that show. Throughout his decades-long career, Sorum has been revered as the drummer providing the driving beat for countless legendary rock bands, including Guns N’ Roses, Velvet Revolver, and The Cult.
