Composer, poet, vocalist and educator Moor Mother, aka Camae Ayewa, released the critically acclaimed album ’Jazz Codes’ in the summer of 2022. She has announced a new digital deluxe version of the record, to be released this spring, with the new track ”We Got The Jazz” feat. Kyle Kidd, Keir Neuringer and Aquiles Navarro.

The album-opening 'Daybreak' was recorded in nocturnal solitude in the Cologne Cathedral, the iconic monument of Gothic architecture, which is both a UNESCO World Heritage Site and Germany’s most visited landmark. Manfred Borsch developed his very own interpretation of the world-famous window in the southern transept created by Gerhard Richter.

Marty Stuart released his new song “Sitting Alone” from his forthcoming album. The acronym for ‘In Real LIfe’, a phrase born on social media to distinguish ‘virtual life’ from ‘real life’, ‘IRL’ was heavily inspired by Japanese light novel ‘Haruhi Suzumiya’. Blending ethereal vocals with wonky pop beats, the track explores the relationship between dreams and real life and phantasm and reality. 

Omnivore Recordings has announced the expanded reissue of Louisville Sluggers, the 2006 release from NRBQ co-founders Terry Adams and Steve Ferguson, will be available on May 12 on CD and Digital. The album contains 4 previously unissued bonus tracks and features updated artwork.

On the cusp of becoming a true pop-punk leviathan, rising star LØLØ levels up even further with the release of her latest single “5,6,7,8 (feat. girlfriends)”.
