My Brilliant Friend follows Elena Greco and the most important friend in her life, Raffaella Cerullo, whom she has always called Lila. They met in the first year of primary school in 1950 and  their story goes on to cover more than 60 years of their lives and explores the mystery of Lila, Elena’s brilliant friend and both her best friend and her worst enemy. 

Netflix has shared the trailer for Tyler Perry's A Madea Homecoming. The film features all-stars of the Madea franchise, including Tamela Mann (Cora), David Mann (Mr. Brown), Cassi Davis Patton (Aunt Bam) as well as a guest appearance from iconic Irish actor Brendan O'Carroll, who matches Madea's comedic prowess as Agnes Brown.

HBO announced today that the critically acclaimed comedy series The Righteous Gemstones has been renewed for a third season. The nine-episode second season of The Righteous Gemstones, starring Danny McBride, John Goodman, Edi Patterson and Adam Devine, kicked off earlier this year.
