The Madame Walker Theatre Center announced its first Cultural Arts Season since 2009. The line-up boasts seven unique concerts sure to draw diverse audiences to the National Historic Landmark.

The award-winning York Theatre Company (James Morgan, Producing Artistic Director) will honor Tony and Grammy Award winner Barbara Cook with the 20th Oscar Hammerstein Award for Lifetime Achievement in Musical Theatre on Monday, November 21st, 2011.

Melissa James Gibson's new play 'This' is the final production of the 2010-2011 season at the Douglas Theatre. The show began previews on July 31 and will run through August 28, 2011.
