The theatre has begun searching the country for a Full-Time Artistic Director to help lead the 30 year old theatre into its next phase. The theatre currently employs a part-time Artistic Director and is looking to expand the role of this person to help ImprovBoston take a major step forward as a globally recognized comedy hub, a community arts organization, and a home and launching pad for Boston talent.
