The 2011 Dance Project is an original piece called 'Looking for the Remote,' created by world-renowned performing artist Claire Porter, Wagner College Theatre's first artist-in-residence. 'Looking for the Remote' will be staged from April 26 through May 1.

The tournament benefits the Southern Nevada Chapter of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. The boys were the special celebrity guests at the tournament and played with more than 120 other golfers.

Theatre Works, and the West Coast premiere of his translation of Yasmina Reza's Tony Award-winning God of Carnage, starring Jeff Daniels, Hope Davis, James Gandolfini and Marcia Gay Harden at the Ahmanson Theatre, both open on Wednesday, April 13.

Terry Knowles, long-time executive director of the Los Angeles Master Chorale (LAMC), has been promoted to President and CEO of the world-renowned chorus effective immediately, announced LAMC Chairman Mark Foster. Terry has served as executive director since 2000. The Los Angeles Master Chorale is a resident company of the Music Center and is the resident chorus at Walt Disney Concert Hall. It is one of only a handful of professional choirs in the country.
