Writers' Theatre continues its 2011/12 Season with the World Premiere of The Detective's Wife by Keith Huff, directed by Gary Griffin. The Detective;s Wife runs May 24-July 31, 2011 at Writers' Theatre, 664 Vernon Avenue in Glencoe. The press performances are June 1 & 2, 2011.

'Night Train' begins with Alex, a well-dressed, well-heeled banker riding the night train alone in his first-class compartment. His starting point and his destination are unclear but we know that he will arrive by morning anxious to rejoin his young wife. Into his compartment barges Max, a gregarious stranger.

The Helen Hayes Awards is honored to announce that the United States Postal Service commemorative 'Forever' stamp, honoring its namesake, First Lady of the American Theatre Helen Hayes, will officially debut at the 2011 Helen Hayes Awards on Monday, April 25, 2011.
