Since creating Backstage Bite, Katie has developed a career for herself as a Broadway personality covering press junkets, red carpets (including The Tony Awards and Fashion Week), and stand alone digital pieces. She is a native to Raleigh, NC and graduate of Boston Conservatory at Berklee but is a true New Yorker at heart living on the Upper West Side. As a mother of 2 beautiful little girls, she has theatre deep in her soul and hopes to bring the pure joy and love of theatre to them and to the masses.

Witchery is happening in Manhattan and we just happen to be soaking up every spooky moment as the Sanderson Sisters made their much-anticipated cabaret return last night at (le) Poisson Rouge. I Put A Spell On You: The Return of The Sanderson Sisters was everything Halloween and Broadway lovers alike could have hoped for. Full of laugh out loud moments, hip hop dancing, special guest appearances and a witches medley for the ages. This cabaret was true comical absurdity at its finest.
