With many college commencements occurring in May and June, students are thinking of their futures and reflecting on what comes next for them. Gregory J. Clark is one of those students. He recently graduated from Rider University in Lawrenceville, New Jersey with a Bachelor's in Music and is ready to start his career. Many high school students are trying to decide where to take their passion for performing and how to translate that into a college program that will work for them. Gregory shared with Broadway World his experiences in college and plans for the future.

Nicolet High School just outside of Milwaukee, Wisconsin had a very special performance of MIDSUMMER NIGHT'S DREAM over the weekend. While the show itself was extraordinary, as extraordinary is the school's theater director, Mr. Ken Miller. Mr. Miller marked his final production at Nicolet High School. After 32 years as an example of hard work and dedication to the drama program, Mr. Miller will retire. Students gathered from years gone by to be a part of the final show and honor this man. Many great things were said about him.

With the new movie JERSEY BOYS directed by Clint Eastwood set to be released in June, the show, JERSEY BOYS continues to entertain all over the world. The Texas Performing Arts invited members of the show to come to Austin, Texas to announce their 2014-2015 season and entertain guests in attendance.

As War Horse travels the country, audiences are taken in by the wonderful storyline and talented cast presenting this show. They come to learn how a young horse named Joey can touch so many lives and warm so many hearts. They are also amazed by the talents of the puppeteers who make Joey and other horses come to life as the actors weave a story around this beautiful character.

The historic Woodlawn Theatre stages the San Antonio premiere of the cat and mouse musical, Catch Me If You Can. The show opened April 11, 2014 and runs through May 11, 2014. Based on the movie starring Leonardo DiCaprio and Tom Hanks, the show follows the true story of one of the world's most outrageous con artists, Frank W. Abagnale, Jr.

Seth Glier and Joe Nerney have been touring together for many months. The fact that there is such a large age gap doesn't seem to effect their ability to entertain people all over. There is a unique friendship and professional relationship that makes them continue making music together.

A Fragile Tomorrow has become one of the most respected band of brothers on the road, largely thanks to their venerable work ethic, stellar musicianship, and fans in high places. The four-piece band is comprised of identical brothers Sean and Dominic Kelly, their younger brother Brendan, and Shaun Rhoades. In 2006, the band released its debut album, "Wishful Thinking." Early 2008 brought the world 'Beautiful Noise,' the band's second record, which was produced by Grammy® award-winner Malcolm Burn, producer for such industry luminaries as Emmylou Harris, Patty Griffin, and Patti Smith.

Brothers Oliver and Louis Leimbach hail from Australia and have been singing together for many years. As other band members have come and gone, Oliver and Louis continue to make music and perform as Lime Cordiale. Recently arriving on American soil for the first time, these two brothers shared some of their experiences performing and how they started out performing together.

South By Southwest (SXSW) is best known for its music and introduction to many indie bands. While in Austin, Texas, you get a chance to meet many interesting and talented people. One such group of people were a band called Cheer Elephant. Their music has been described as 'a tight, rootsy, psychedelic poprock quartet' And their harmonies have been compared to the Beatles. Here's what the band had to say when I caught up with them while they were visiting SXSW this year.

With so much to do in Austin during SXSW, you can easily get lost in the sea of people all around. You feel a great electricity in the air as musicians and fans combine with one fantastic week of non-stop experiences. As the week started off, The Fray along with Allen Stone and Saints of Valory delivered a stellar performance at Emo's.
